Plans and payments
What can I do on the Free plan?
Everything in the studio: build scenes, boundaries and stat and focus cards, import scene JSON, preview as often as you like, and create narration and captions with your own keys. Free does not include MP4 export.
Is the Free plan a trial?
No. It does not expire. Your projects stay in your account, and you can upgrade whenever you are ready to export.
Do I need my own AI keys?
For narration and timed captions, yes. You add your own Google Gemini key (narration) and Groq key (captions) in Settings. They are checked when you save them and stored encrypted. You pay those providers directly, and Mapflyover does not limit or mark up that usage. Both offer a free tier; check their pricing. Everything else works without any key.
What do the plan limits count?
Exports reset every 30 days from your plan start. Projects are a running total. A failed export does not count against you. Narration and captions are not limited by your plan.
How do I pay?
Payments are verified manually. After paying, send the transaction ID through the support inbox so an administrator can activate your plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Access purchased through PayPal payment links lasts 30 days and does not renew automatically. When it ends your account returns to Free and your projects are kept.

What is the difference between Pro and Studio?
Studio raises the monthly export count, allows 4K, longer videos (15 min) and more projects. API access and team seats are not currently offered.
