14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to love your MapFlyover productions. If you're not satisfied with the Pro or Studio plan, we offer a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, subject to the fair-usage conditions below.
Fair-Usage Conditions
To prevent abuse of our rendering and AI infrastructure, refunds are only available if you have exported **fewer than 3 project videos** during the 14-day trial period. Once the 4th export has been initiated, the account is deemed "fully utilized" and is no longer eligible for a refund.
Request Process
To request a refund, please contact **billing@mapflyover.com** with your account email and a brief description of why the tool didn't meet your needs. We process verified requests within 48-72 hours.
