1. Studio License
By using mapFlyover, you are granted a non-exclusive license to generate video content. You retain 100% ownership of your final MP4 exports for commercial or personal use, provided you have an active subscription for the corresponding tier.
2. Content Restrictions
Users may not use our map animation studio to generate content that promotes illegal activity, misinformation, or harassment. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.
3. Data Providers
Satellite imagery is provided by third-party GIS services. Use of these maps is subject to their individual licensing. mapFlyover provides a technical bridge between GIS data and cinematic rendering.
4. Liability
mapFlyover is provided "as is." We are not liable for any production downtime or discrepancies in geographic boundaries sourced from public OpenStreetMap data.
5. Your API keys and agents
Narration and captions run on API keys you supply from Google (Gemini) and Groq. You are responsible for those accounts, for any charges they make and for keeping your keys and access tokens secure. Anything done with your access tokens, including by an AI agent you connect, is treated as done by you. We may limit or suspend access that harms the service.
