1. Studio License & Usage
MapFlyover grants you a non-exclusive license to use our studio interface to generate video content. You retain 100% ownership of your final MP4 exports. Usage is governed by your selected plan tier: "Starter" plans are limited to non-commercial testing with watermarked exports, while "Pro" and "Studio" plans allow for high-resolution, commercial-ready production.
2. Subscription Tiers & Credits
Access to professional features (Stat Cards, Focus Cards, 1080p rendering) requires an active Pro or Studio subscription. "Starter" accounts are provided with a lifetime allowance of 3 downloads and 5 AI generations. Abuse of these limits, including account sharing or systematic re-registration, may result in permanent studio access termination.
3. Content Restrictions
Users may not use our map animation studio to generate content that promotes illegal activity, misinformation, or harassment. We reserve the right to remove any archived project that violates these community guidelines.
4. Liability & DataDiscrepancies
MapFlyover is provided "as is." While we strive for geographic accuracy, we are not liable for discrepancies in administrative boundaries sourced from OpenStreetMap or satellite data provided by Mapbox/ESRI.
